This Privacy Policy describes how the Lift app (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles your personal data. We take your privacy seriously and do not collect or store your data on any server.

2. Data We Collect

Lift does not require an account. All data is stored locally on your device.

We store:

• Workout history (exercises, sets, reps, weights)
• Workout statistics and insights
• (If enabled) Health data from Apple Health (such as workout duration or calories burned)

We do not collect:

• Location data
• Photos or media
• Any analytics or tracking data

3. Health Data

If you enable integration with Apple Health, the app may read or write workout-related data (e.g. workout duration, calories).

This data is handled locally only and never leaves your device.

You can manage HealthKit permissions in your iPhone's settings.

4. No External Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit your data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

Your data stays on your device until you delete the app.

If you delete Lift, all workout and health data stored locally will be lost unless backed up by your device.

6. Children's Privacy

Lift is suitable for all users, including minors. We do not collect any identifiable information.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected in this document with the new effective date.
